I did some research on one foot, and was not even sure if I could use it. Anyway, I bought them and took them on a journey of 3 weeks in Playa del Carmen and Cancun. E ‘packs well in the trunk. We walked many miles a day, and I realized how beautiful it is for the camera to the collapsed monopod, which I carried in the hand are involved, because no weight hanging from his neck. This is the best mono-pod, I used and I had a lot of their way to San Francisco for 5 years. The strength of the PRO POD 381 is fantastic. I used a walking stick super fast down from Upper Yosemite Falls. (I weigh about 160 pounds and was 50 pounds.)
