The shipment arrived without damage, thanks to good packaging. I found the picture easy to use and setup (I was actually how easy it was) and I tried with my new Sharp XR-32X projector impressed. The quality of images on the screen was very good – clear and sharp. I recommend this monitor for all business and personal applications, including home theater systems.

I bought last year to go with my projector so I can show a vocational training programs for nurses, patients, homeschool support group I teach, and anywhere else I can do. . . I am very pleased with the satisfaction of the product. It 'a little' difficult to handle everything yourself, but you can do, and after a while 'is not so difficult. . . screen is of good quality, and the projected images look clear and conspicuous. . . . I would like a full surround case, suggesting that there are still detained in a cardboard box to avoid damage. . thats my only complaint, otherwise great! Definitely a good value for money.

I bought an Elite screen about six months ago and used it about once a week for lessons that do too. Last weekend, a small piece of plastic screen (to connect the top blast the key setting). I called Elite Screens see if I could send a replacement. I was shocked to learn that they wanted me to pay $ 35. 00 for the part that is a bit 'was expensive, but here's the kicker: They wanted to charge me $ 20. 00 for shipping! This is theft, and very disappointing! They are located in Cerritos, California, about an hour north of where I live. It would only cost a few dollars to ship something that small. I'm going to super glue and duct tape that part again and buy another image of another manufacturer.
