This ball is a quality product and a must IF YOU ARE A TRI-POD, but it is difficult. You can get aluminum, but are not as durable. ALSO titanium and save weight, but the cost is 3-4 times higher. Rating: 4 / 5

For all but the true long-Teles, this is a big head. Strong, a bit ‘big, but light enough to carry all day to lock my 40D and 70-200 f / 2 8 is security and Sicherheit.Ich I thought of losing the level of some other leaders offered but I do not know. I really thought of making the voltage regulators that have some heads, but not necessary. [. . . ] This is the perfect garment for me. I’m not sure if this point to sustain the confidence of the super-TELES (the $ 3000 – $ 6000 lenses), but then the 40D (not 1-1/2lbs) with 70-200mm 2. 8 (3. 5 pounds.) I use this ball head Manfrotto 055XPROB tripod. Together, they provide a stable platform for shooting. The fast connection to the camera system works well and feels secure at all times. I highly recommend this combination. Rating: 5 / 5
